// 5 // WHAT TO EAT FOR SUPPER?
This is the last post from series #GetHungryWithAlex. It it the fifth meal, supper. It is good for you to eat some protein in this time of the day so I propose a baguette with an avocado paste, egg and tomatos for an extra flavour (but in my case it's kind of an addiction because I can put this vegetable in every meal). Thanks for everyone who followed this series. Let me know if you liked it and if you want more posts in this king of theme.
Składniki // Ingredients:
- bagietka // a baguette
- dojrzałe awokado // ripe avocado
- 1 jajko // 1 egg
- pomidory // tomatos
Przygotowanie // Preparing:
Na początek wkładam bagietkę do tostera. W tym czasie robię pastę z awokado. Obieram je ze skórki i rozduszam widelcem w miseczce. Następnie przyprawiam solą, słodką papryką, bazylią oraz tymiankiem. Jajko roztrzepuje w osobnym naczyniu i przyprawiam do smaku. Potem robię z niego zwykłą jajecznicę. Kiedy bagietka "wyskoczy" z tostera smaruję ją masłem, nakładam pastę z awokado i na nią jajecznicę. Na koniec kroję w kawałki pomidory. Smacznego!
At the begining put a baguette into a toaster. At the same time make an avocado paste. Peel the avocado and smash it with a fork in a bowl. Than season it with salt, sweet pepper, basil and thyme. Flyff the egg in a separate bolw, season it how you like and make a simple scrambled egg. When the baguette "jumps" from the toaster spread a butter on it, put the paste and scrambled egg. At the end cut a tomato into pieces. Bon Appetit!
